Swimming on the Farm

No. 22 USC men's swimming and diving split its Bay Area road trip by upsetting No. 12 Stanford in Palo Alto on Saturday. The Trojans benefited from the return of NCAA champion Cristian Quintero, who picked up two individual race wins plus a relay victory in the dual meet.

The Trojans fell the previous day to No. 7 Cal in Berkeley. The men's team has the next week off to cheer on the Women of Troy against UCLA (Friday at 1pm in the Uytengsu Aquatics Center), before finishing the regular season with back-to-back meets at Utah.

USC enjoyed an underwater celebration after its second consecutive road win at Stanford, a place the Trojans failed to win from 1998-2012.
