Buck Allen, RB, Ravens
Allen has been a complementary piece all season long in Baltimore, but the rookie finally has his chance to shine. Starting tailback Justin Forsett broke his arm against the Rams, so Allen became the feature back. He helped carry the Ravens to just their third win of the season, running for 67 yards on 22 carries. He also displayed his versatility by catching five passes for 48 yards. Allen is still awaiting his first NFL touchdown, but he should get many more chances in the season's final months.
