"It means a lot to earn my card. It has been a lifelong dream to play on Tour and to finally get status is unbelievable. I still can't believe that I got my card, but I'm going to have to believe it next year," said Park on the accomplishment.
Park began her professional career in mid-June after wrapping up her junior season at USC. She won her first event at the Touota Danielle Downey Classic on July 19 by just one stroke, but over the course of the next two months proved her winning ways were no fluke. She won the PHC Classic in August and both the Prairie Band Casino Classic and Resort Charity Classic in September. The Symetra Tour Player of the Year, she is the only player among the top 10 receiving LPGA Tour cards that played in fewer than 15 events.
