After defeating the Arizona schools last weekend, USC women's soccer is nearly halfway through its conference schedule with six games to go in conference play. The Trojans boast a 4-1 Pac-12 record, are second in conference, and are on an offensive roll, scoring six goals in their last four games.
The Women of Troy face Oregon this Saturday in Eugene at 6 p.m. PT. For head coach Keidane McAlpine, the key to keeping the Trojans' hot streak going through the second half of the season is to continue to grow in the team's offensive attack and limit the chances given to opposing teams.
"We're still growing, and at this point if you're still growing that's a really good thing," McAlpine said. "We feel good, we still have some growth, and we still have some big games ahead of us."
