USC baseball alum Grant Green delivered the first walk-off hit of his young career for the Angels ending a dramatic Sunday in Anaheim.

Green, who serves a utility role for Mike Scioscia, started at his natural shortstop position for the first time in the major leagues. He saved the game ball from his first recorded out at shortstop, and then presumably from his game-winning single up the middle.
