USC women's lacrosse goalie Liz Shaeffer, who was the hero against Stanford with 8 saves, earned the program's first ever MPSF Defensive Player of the Week honor. The sophomore's biggest stop came in the final minute to seal the Women of Troy's 11-10 victory in the Coliseum.
