As part of our spring football coverage, we are wiring the new assistant coaches for sound starting with defensive backs coach Keith Heyward.
Heyward comes to USC from Washington, where he spent the previous two seasons under Steve Sarkisian, and Oregon State (2008-11) before that. He played for the Beavers from 1997-2000 starting 35 consecutive games including the 2001 Fiesta Bowl blowout of Notre Dame.
