USC women's basketball played Sacramento State on Sunday without three of its top guns (Alexyz Vaioletama, Jordan Adams and McKenzie Calvert), and yet the Women of Troy put 100+ points on the scoreboard for the 35th time in program history. They needed every one of those points too as the Trojans prevailed 101-99 behind a career-night from Kiki Alofaituli who had 26 points and 10 rebounds to move to 7-2 on the season.

Head coach Cynthia Cooper-Dyke was limited to a seven-woman rotation, but six Trojans scored in double figures. Kaneisha Horn posted a double-double with 20 points and 15 rebounds, while freshmen post players Kristen Simon (17 points and 9 rebounds) and Amy Okonkwo (12 points on 6/6 shooting) are growing up fast.
