USC women's soccer is off to a solid 5-3-1 start after the Women of Troy were beaten in overtime by Cal State Fullerton on Sunday.
The Trojans' goal came 37 seconds into the game as Megan Borman followed up on a rebound from Jordan Marada's shot. Despite a 24-7 advantage in attempts on goal, USC was unable to cash in the rest of the way giving up an equalizer in the 16th minute and the game-winner in the 108th minute.
This week, USC enters Pac-12 play as futbol joins football in Tempe for a Sunday clash with Arizona State.
