Johnson is playing both singles and doubles starting with a first round match against Germany's Tobias Kamke. He will pair with fellow American Michael Russell in the doubles' tournament.
Farah is entered in the doubles with teammate and countrymen Juan Sebastian Cabal. The Colombians rank No. 57 in the world.
On the women's side, Maria Sanchez grabbed a wild card berth into the singles to face Slovakia's Daniela Hantuchova. Sanchez will team up with Shelby Rogers in the women's doubles draw.
In the mixed doubles, Santamaria will play with Jarmere Jenkins, while Christian will cross the rivalry to team with UCLA's Dennis Novikov.
