Buoyed by a season-ending win over rival UCLA, the Women of Troy entered the offseason with a hopeful stride. Head coach Ali Khosroshahin continues to make the team younger and more athletic through recruiting with 22 freshmen and sophomores on the 31-woman roster.
The Trojans' experience will come from seniors Autumn Altamirano, Haley Boysen and Elizabeth Eddy who have all lettered the three previous years. USC also returns its leading goal scorer Jordan Marada, steady junior goalie Caroline Stanley and sophomore playmaker Jamie Fink.
