Strong and Smart
After a program best fourth place finish at the NCAA Championships, USC women's rowing placed four student-athletes on the Pac-12 All-Academic first team. Senior starboard Melanie Grindle, the Pac-12 Athlete of the Year, earned conference academic recognition for the third time in her storied career, while Vineta Moca, Lauren Liedel and Elizabeth Turner joined her on the first team.
