No. 1 USC women's swimming and diving split its challenging weekend in the Bay Area as the Women of Troy triumphed over No. 7 Cal before falling to No. 2 Stanford. The Trojans return home to close out the regular season with a rivalry meet against UCLA on Saturday, February 16.

Meanwhile, construction (or in this case destruction) has begun at McDonald's Swim Stadium, which is being transformed into the Uytengsu Aquatics Center. Competitions will go on at the pool as scheduled, but fan seating will be limited.
