Nansen was a jack-of-all-trades serving under Sarkisian at Washington for five seasons in a variety of roles including special teams and recruiting coordinator. Most recently, he was the running backs coach guiding Bishop Sankey to a 1,700-yard season.
Heyward was the Huskies' secondary coach the past two seasons, and the pass defense took a gigantic leap in his first year from No. 116 in the nation in 2011 to No. 23 in 2012. Before UW, he coached defensive backs at Oregon State for four seasons.
Sirmon served as Sarkisian's linebackers' coach the last two years and recruiting coordinator this past season. He was an NFL linebacker for seven seasons with the Tennessee Titans after a solid career at the University of Oregon.
