2014 Early Enrollee: DL Claude Pelon

New head coach Steve Sarkisian announced the signing of DL Claude Pelon (6-foot-5 and 285 lbs.) as the first official member of the 2014 class. Pelon will enroll for the spring semester, and the Mesa (Ariz.) Community College transfer will have two years of eligibility remaining.

Pelon had 52 tackles, including 9.5 for losses, plus 2 forced fumbles and a fumble recovery as a 2013 sophomore at Mesa CC. He is rated a 4-star prospect by Rivals.com and the No. 20 junior college prospect in the country.
