While the coaches are excited about the young trio of Christian Thomas, Xavier Grimble and Randall Telfer, senior Rhett Ellison is the undisputed leader of the unit. His work ethic, skills and determination have drawn national notice from the Mackey Award, which honors college football's top tight end every season.
