Former USC women's basketball assistant Jean Agee, who helped coach the Women of Troy to the 1983 and 1984 national championships, is dead at the age of 74.

Agee (left in the photo below) served under head coach Linda Sharp (right in the photo below) from 1978 to 1984 and worked with Trojan greats like Cheryl Miller, Cynthia Cooper and the McGee sisters.
A "Celebration of Life" reception will be held on Aug. 8 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Brea Glenbrook Club (1821 Greenbriar Ln., Brea, Calif. 92821-5922, 714-529-8002).
