Trainer Tabbed All-Pac-10 First Team

USC sophomore Martin Trainer, the 2011 Pac-10 individual champion and Pac-10's April Golfer of the Month, was named to the 2011 All-Pac-10 Men's Golf Team first team, the conference announced Monday (May 9).

Joining Trainer with Pac-10 honors were junior Steve Lim and freshman Jeffrey Kang, who were selected to the second team, while sophomores T.J. Vogel and Sam Smith earned honorable mention honors.

Trainer gives USC at least one All-Pac-10 first teamer for five years in a row. Lim's second team nod is his second straight. Trainer has five top 10 finishes this season, including three top 5 in a row, which culminated in his Pac-10 crown, his first as a Trojan. He leads the team in stroke average at 72.32
