USC women's golf finished fifth at NCAA's last week, but they collected National Golf Coaches Association individual honors for Andrea Gaston (national coach of the year) and Sophia Popov (national freshman of the year).
Senior Lizette Salas also became the first four-time All-American in USC history. Popov joined Salas on the NGCA first team, while junior Lisa McCloskey, who was out injured for nationals, made the second team.
