USC freshman wide receiver Marqise Lee and redshirt freshman linebacker Hayes Pullard were named the Pac-12 Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week for their performances at Oregon.
Lee had 325 all-purpose yards at Oregon (8 catches for a career-high 187 yards, both game bests, with a 59-yard TD to open USC's scoring, plus 6 kickoff returns for 134 yards and a 4-yard run) to also earn College Football Performance Awards National Wide Receiver of the Week and Rivals.com National Freshman of the Week honors.
On the year, he has 60 receptions for 919 yards (15.3 average) with 9 TDs in 2011, plus 9 kickoff returns for 262 yards (29.1 average) with 1 TD. Eighth of Lee's 9 TD catches in 2011 have been at least 24 yards. His 60 receptions is tied for 19th on the USC season pass catching list.
