Tickets on sale for Bartner event

Tickets for "The Man on the Ladder" gala -- set for May 1 at the Galen Center to honor Arthur C. Bartner's 40 years as Trojan Marching Band director -- go on sale today. Tickets start at $40 and the event will feature musical acts, celebrity guest speakers and video retrospectives of Bartner's unprecedented four-decade leadership of the band.
