Following a drastically modified regimen during Fall Camp, the Trojans are entering into their in-season strength and conditioning routine today, kicking off the two-days-a-week workout schedule that'll carry them through the fall and into January.
The 40-minute workouts twice a week focus on "aggressively maintaining strength levels," head strength and conditioning coach Chris Carlisle said.
"We'll be stronger at the end of the season than at the beginning," Carlisle said.

Tailback Allen Bradford does hamstring-strengthening exercises as part of the team's strength and conditioning sessions in the weight room this morning.
