We've received a few questions about what type of conditioning USC does during the season. Players work out for 40 minutes twice a week in the weight room, and their conditioning needs are taken care of during the Trojans' high-speed practices, which Carroll designs to feature constant movement to keep the players well-conditioned.
So you're never going to see the players conducting wind sprints after a workout, since all their running is accomplished during the daily action-packed practices.
