At 7 a.m. this morning, the Trojans gathered for their final session of the summer strength and conditioning program, a short sprinting-based workout on Cromwell Field that closed out the summer and now carries the players into Fall Camp 2009.
"This is so good to be out here to get your blood flowing again," head strength and conditioning coach Chris Carlisle told the players. "Now on Saturday, you'll be flying."
Check out some photos from the morning workout, the final one before Fall Camp 2009 opens Friday before Saturday's opening practice:

The Trojans go through stretching lines before the workout begins.

Defensive players get off the line during their circuit of sprints.

Offensive players start sprinting off the line during this morning's workout.

Head strength and conditioning coach Chris Carlisle addresses the team at the end of the workout, the final one of the summer.
