Hydration and rest are constantly being pushed, as players are nearly drowning with the drink options in front of them. Gatorade and water are available essentially 24 hours a day, thanks to the tireless work of USC's athletic trainers. And to combat dehydration, the soda machines in Galen Café were shut off for camp so players will only be drinking liquids that promote a properly hydrated body.
In terms of rest, coaches encourage players to get off their feet and relax around Heritage Hall or their dorms during the down time each day. And, of course, eight hours of sleep is scheduled for each night to give the players a full night's rest.

Players dig into a cooler filled with Gatorade following this morning's workout. It's just one of many ways athletic trainers are keeping players hydrated during camp.
