Quarterbacks coach Jeremy Bates pauses for a goofy moment during this morning's walk-thru, as he stopped instructing to stand at attention and put his hand over his heart as the Trojan Marching Band played the national anthem at the adjacent Cromwell Field. An amused Mitch Mustain joins in with Bates, who quickly remembered to remove his hat during the rendition. The band is now in its sixth day of training camp, while the Trojans are on Day 13.
