Under new NCAA rules passed this offseason, visiting teams can wear their home-colored jerseys as long as they receive permission in writing from the opponent prior to the season.

"There have been no formal requests that I know of," senior associate athletic director Steve Lopes said.
But what about when UCLA comes to the Coliseum and is expected to follow the tradition that Coach Carroll helped resurrect last season at the Rose Bowl?
Well, there's still four weeks until the season begins.
"Everyone just knows that the UCLA thing is just going to happen," Lopes said.
