USC and the Los Angeles Sports Council Foundation are now accepting contributions for the annual "Touchdowns for Youth" program that brings 2,000 underprivileged kids to a Trojan home game each fall.
A $30 tax-deductible donation gives one kid a ticket to and refreshments at the USC-San Jose State game on Sept. 5. Hundreds of individuals and local companies have already pledged support for this year's game. In the 17 years of the program, more than 35,000 youths have attended local college and professional football games.
