The Trojans have several hours off this afternoon to get ready for what's in front of them later today.
Namely, the first scrimmage of the fall, which will be a part of today's 4 p.m. practice on Howard Jones Field.
"It's about getting your minds right for this afternoon," Coach Carroll told his players after the morning walk-thru. "We're going all-out hitting and running and blocking.
"Let's bring it."
