The graveyard shift was a success.
To clean up and do all the laundry from last night's scrimmage, assistant equipment managers Chris Dozal and Jim "Hammer" Davis worked from 9:30 p.m. Monday to 6 a.m. this morning -- and everything went exactly as planned, even if it messed up their sleep schedules a little.
"It worked out well," director of equipment operations David "Pops" Scott said. "We gotta do what we gotta do."
For Dozal and Davis, there's no rest for the weary. They'll be back on their normal 4 p.m.-to-12:30 a.m. shift this afternoon, just 10 hours after finishing up last night's work.
