The Trojans are going through today's meetings and practice with one eye on the present and one on the future.
"Let's make sure we're crisp today -- tomorrow is test time," Coach Carroll said during this afternoon's team meeting. "It's full go, there's no drills, we're ripping."
Practice this afternoon -- the 11th of the spring -- will act as a review session so that the Trojans can refine their game in time for Saturday's all-out scrimmage on Howard Jones field.
"You want to be perfect today," offensive coordinator John Morton told his players this afternoon. "Shifts, motions, everything -- it's all got to be perfect so we can be ready for tomorrow. Let's be perfect today."
