Players are reporting to 40-minute strength and conditioning sessions this morning in the weight room as they begin a three-workout-week that culminates in the 225-pound bench press rep test on Friday.
"We're keeping the bodies trained," head strength and conditioning coach Chris Carlisle said. "The workouts also help the recovery process from the scrimmage because their bodies are used to coming in on Mondays."
