Offensive tackle Charles Brown has been named winner of the 30th annual Morris Trophy, awarded annually by the Pac-10 to the outstanding offensive and defensive linemen in the conference. It's a unique award, because the Pac-10's starting defensive linemen vote for the top offensive lineman, and vice versa. Oregon State's Stephen Paea won the top defensive lineman honor.
USC defensive lineman Sedrick Ellis won the award in 2006 and 2007, while center Ryan Kalil was the Trojans' last offensive winner in 2006.
