The men's basketball team continued practice Wednesday & Thursday really focusing on offensive and defensive sets. The cardinal & gold teams took turns playing each side of the ball and refining all of Coach O'Neill's new plays. A big focus was rebounding on the defensive end and making sure two guards got back on the offensive end.

On Thursday, they were able to work the offense against different defenses that they'll see from their opponents this season. Whether it was a 2-3 zone, 2-2-1 zone, or man to man, the team looked comfortable running their sets. The team finished off their three days in a row of practice with shooting drills and then huddled at center court before their day off.

The team will take Friday off and return to the practice court at 10am on Saturday.

On Sunday, USC Basketball will be hosting the 4th Annual Dribble for the Cure to raise money for the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation and Children's Hospital Los Angeles. The dribble begins at 11:30am and all participants will be able to meet both the men's and women's basketball teams for autographs before the men head to the arena to play their Cardinal & Gold Scrimmage. Admittance to the scrimmage is free.
