For the second time this season, USC is entering into a short work week.
The Trojans will depart on their Notre Dame trip on Thursday afternoon, with a 2:30 p.m. flight out of LAX. The team will practice along its normal schedule today through Wednesday and then conduct an earlier workout on Thursday before flying out and arriving in Indiana late that night. Then, the Trojans will have a brief Friday morning practice in Michigan City, Ind., and a walk-thru at Notre Dame Stadium that evening.
USC had a similar travel itinerary for the Ohio State game last month, as the Trojans had a Thursday afternoon departure and a full day of work Friday on the road.
