A Trojan's second-favorite day (behind game day, of course) is here, as a highly spirited Competition Tuesday is storming through Heritage Hall like the rainy weather that's currently blowing through L.A.

"We're rolling," Coach Carroll said during this morning's staff meeting. "Let's bring the juice -- it's Competition Tuesday!"
