The coaches are about to pour into the War Room for their morning staff meeting, setting off an almost endless stretch of final preparations on "The Day Before." The team will gather beginning at 10:30 for meetings before a short walk-thru-esque practice at noon.
Buses will depart campus at 2 p.m. and head to LAX, where the Trojans' charter flight is scheduled to take off at 3 p.m. Arrival at Oakland International Airport is set for 4:15 p.m., and then the team will conduct a walk-thru at Memorial Stadium before checking into their Berkeley hotel and beginning eve-of-game meetings at 7:30 p.m.
A busy, full day lies ahead for the Trojans, who are inching closer and closer to game time.Â
