Following their 30-3 win over Cal on Saturday, the Trojans bused to Oakland International Airport and departed for LAX, where they arrived at 11:45 p.m. The flight was filled with giddy players, who became even more excited when Coach Carroll announced upon landing that Monday's practice was cancelled.
The Trojans returned to campus shortly after 12:30 a.m. Players and coaches are off on Sunday because of the bye week.
