Chris Carlisle Named 2006 Collegiate Strength Coach Of The Year

USC strength and conditioning coach Chris Carlisle has been named the 2006 National Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year by the Professional Football Strength and Conditioning Coaches Society.

Carlisle will be presented with the award at the society's annual banquet on Feb. 23 in Indianapolis, Ind.

The 44-year-old Carlisle is in his sixth year as USC's head strength and conditioning coach.
