USC quarterback Matt Leinart was named Pac-10 Offensive Player of the Week following his performance at Stanford.

Leinart directed USC to a comeback 31-28 victory over the Cardinal. The All-Pac-10 performer completed 23-of-30 passes for 284 yards with one touchdown. He also scored on a one-yard run.

Joining Leinart as Pac-10 Football Players of the Week were safety Emmanuel Franklin of Arizona State (defense) and punter Kyle Basler of Washington State (special teams).
