
Men's Golf Qualifies For NCAA Championships

The No. 11 USC men's golf team earned its second-consecutive trip to the NCAA Championships after shooting 301 on Saturday to finish tied for fifth at the 2004 NCAA West Regionals held at Crosswater Country Club.
USC is one of 10 teams advancing to the finals to be held at Hot Springs, Virg., on June 1-4.
The Trojans finished with a 54-hole total of 881, tied with Brigham Young for fifth and 16 strokes behind tourney champ UCLA (865). New Mexico was second (866), Arizona was third (872) and Arizona State was fourth (873).
