USC has now made available to the public a video tape of the Marv Goux memorial service held on campus on August 2, 2002.
Attached to this story is a PDF of the form needed to order the video. The videos are $25 each (includes shipping) and will be shipped in 10-14 days after the order is received. The money collected from the videos will be used for football facilities. Any other questions regarding ordering the tape can be answered at 213-740-4155.
The service included remembrances from a number of former and current USC players, coaches and administrators, as well as a musical tribute from the Trojan Marching Band.
Goux, who as a player started 3 years (1952, 1954-55) at USC, was an assistant coach at Troy for 26 years (1957-82). He then became an assistant coach and administrator with the Los Angeles Rams in 1983 before retiring in 1994.
He passed away on July 27, 2002, after a long bout with cancer.
