Trojans Ranked 19th In Preseason ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll

The 2002 Trojan football team is ranked 19th in the preseason ESPN/USA Today Coaches Top 25 Poll released today.

USC also got a glimpse of what figures to be one of the toughest schedules in the nation. Troy will face four teams in the top 15, including No. 6 Colorado, No. 9 Washington, No. 14 Washington State and No. 15 Oregon.

Ten of the Trojan's 12 opponents received votes in the poll. Besides the four teams already mentioned, Auburn, UCLA, Kansas State, Oregon State, Stanford and Notre Dame also received votes.

The Trojans' first opponent, Auburn, was 27th in the vote tally with 150.
