Stasiulionyte Sets Pac-10 Javelin Mark At Stanford Invitational

Stanford, Calif. - Sophomore Inga Stasiulionyte, the defending NCAA javelin champ, threw a Pac-10 record 183-7 on Friday to win the javelin competition at the Stanford Relays.
The previous conference mark was set last year by Oregon's Sarah Malone at 174-0. Stasiulionyte's previous personal best was 173-11.
Senior Cynthia Ademiluyi also had a big day, winning the shot put competition with a personal-best launch of 55-3.
The Stanford Relays concludes on Saturday, March 30.
