The 1936 team MVP and captain of the USC basketball team, Jack Hupp was a 2-time (1935-36) All-Pacific Coast Conference Southern Division first team forward. He lettered in 1934-35-36 as the Trojans won the conference title each season. He then played AAU basketball for several seasons. Afterwards, he was an actor and real estate broker. He was the president of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce. He died on July 12, 2001, at age 87.
