Lauren Brown enters her final season at Troy as a proven scorer and playmaker on the front lines. 2006 JUNIOR SEASON
Brown was USC[apos]s second leading scorer as a junior, generating 12 points on four goals and four assists... She had a team-high three game-winning goals (vs. UC Irvine on Aug. 27, vs. San Diego on Sept. 22 and vs. ASU on Oct. 20... Fourth goal was against Drake on Sept. 8... Received All-Pac-10 Honorable Mention... Started 15 games, appearing in all 21 in the season. 2005 SOPHOMORE SEASON
Brown scored three goals on just six shots taken for USC before being sidelined by a facial fracture suffered against Penn State on Sept. 11... She scored her first career goals in a two-goal performance on Aug. 28 against Indiana... Also had an assist in that match... Scored her third goal the next game against UC Irvine.... Returned for two Pac-10 matches to finish with seven appearances on the year... Received Pac-10 All-Academic Honorable Mention. 2004 FRESHMAN SEASON
Brown played in all 19 games for the Trojans in her first season at USC... Took 11 shots -- six on goal -- and dished out a pair of assists... Both assists in 2004 came in one-goal victories for USC, first against Rutgers (3-2) on Sept. 5 and then at UC Irvine (2-1) on Sept. 26. HIGH SCHOOL
Brown earned All-Sierra League first team honors three time at St. Lucy[apos]s Priory High... She was named the league[apos]s Most Valuable Player her junior year... An All-CIF first team selection her senior year and was selected to the third team as a sophomore and junior... Played club for the OJSC Nitemares... Spent three years as a state pool player.
