- Email:
Lyndsey Lopes is the Director of the Heritage Association for USC Athletics, overseeing the engagement, cultivation, and solicitation of former student-athletes to foster meaningful relationships and support for the university’s athletic initiatives. In this role, she develops and executes strategic programming, manages outreach touchpoints, and collaborates across USC’s alumni and athletic departments to enhance the former-athlete experience. She also maintains a targeted portfolio of 40–60 former student-athletes and supports solicitation efforts tied to major and annual giving campaigns.
Prior to stepping into the Heritage Association role, Lopes, a former USC Track and Field athlete, served on the Altius Sports Partners team as USC’s on-campus NIL General Manager, directing NIL programming, operations, and athlete education initiatives. Before that, she was the NIL Coordinator at UCLA Athletics, where she helped build their NIL marketplace, delivered training for teams, coaches, and agents, and provided guidance on university NIL policies.
Earlier in her career, Lopes served as Advisor for the Black Student Athlete Alliance and handled student services at UCLA Athletics — including housing, compliance, travel, financial aid, and NIL support. Her professional journey began in the digital media space, working as a Digital Media Associate at Togethxr, where she managed content strategy, conducted athlete interviews, and produced multimedia projects aimed at amplifying women in sports.
