Welcome to the University of Southern California’s Office of Athletic Compliance (OAC) website. USC is committed to success in the classroom, in the community and in competition while complying with all NCAA and Conference rules. OAC is dedicated to assisting all coaches, student-athletes, USC faculty and staff, community members, former and future Trojans and all supporters of USC Athletics in complying with the NCAA and Conference rules. Compliance is a shared responsibility among all USC Athletics stakeholders, and this website is designed to be used as a resource while promoting an atmosphere of compliance.

Following NCAA and Conference rules is a top priority at USC. Notwithstanding this goal, oversights and mistakes can occur.
