2020: Gowlett’s 2020 senior campaign, which was devastatingly cut short due to COVID-19, was highlighted by CSCAA All-American honors on 1-meter and platform … At the 2020 Zone E Diving Championships, Gowlett was fourth on platform (288.55) and fifth on 1-meter, earning her second NCAA berth … … During the first day of the 2020 Pac-12 Championships, Gowlett improved from her junior year's performance, qualifying for finals and taking seventh in the 1-meter competition (298.65) and fourth on platform (288.55) … Earlier in the season, she swept the springboard events against Arizona State, winning the 1-meter (287.40) and 3-meter (281.85) … Recognized as Pac-12 Diver of the Week (Feb. 5) after a pair of wins in USC’s dual meets against California and Stanford, claiming first on 1-meter springboard (291.00 and 298.80, respectively) and scored on 3-meter in both meets … Pac-12 winter academic honor roll.
2019: Gowlett completed her most successful campaign as a 2019 junior, reaching her first NCAA Championships while finishing a close second on the Pac-12 platform … Gowlett competed on all three boards at the NCAAs, taking 24th on platform (243.40) and 1-meter (277.50) and 39th on 3-meter (257.70) … She was a three-time finalist at the NCAA Zone E Championships, finishing third on platform (521.90), fifth on 1-meter (564.60) and seventh on 3-meter (593.40) … She turned in a career-best second on platform (252.30) at the Pac-12s. It was USC's best result on the board since Haley Ishimatsu won the event in 2015 and the Aussie was just four points out of first… She was also seventh on 3-meter (292.75) and 10th on 1-meter (250.50) … Gowlett won a pair of dual meet events on the season as the platform at the Trojan Diving Invitational and the 1-meter at the Utah Diving Invitational ... 2018: Gowlett’s 2018 sophomore campaign, which started in the spring semester due to an injury suffered late in her freshman season, was highlighted by a third-place finish on platform at the Pac-12 Championships where she scored a collegiate best 260.80 points. She was also 13th on 3-meter (258.35) and 14th on 1-meter (252.95) … She was a three-time finalist at her first NCAA Zone E meet. She just missed earning her first career NCAA berth, finishing 10th on platform (470.90). She was also 13th on 1-meter (546.50) and 12th on 3-meter (600.70) … She was second on both 1- and 3-meter against UCLA … She earned 2018 Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention notice.
2017: Gowlett turned in a great freshman campaign, highlighted a pair of final appearances at the 2017 Pac-12 Championships where she finished third on 1-meter (328.15) and seventh on 3-meter (293.35). She just missed the finals on platform, taking ninth (231.75) ... Gowlett posted five dual meet wins as well as a victory at the SMU Classic.
AUSTRALIA: Gowlett, from Queensland, Australia, competed at the 2014 World Junior Championships, taking second on 3-meter synchro and eighth on 1-meter. She represented Team Australia at the 2015 FINA Diving Grand Prix in Singapore, winning three bronze medals on 3-meter mixed synchro, women's e-meter synchro and on 3-meter.
